1. Website Owner

2. Service Description

SaxoTracks.com sells digital products for musicians (mainly saxophonists), consisting of:

  • Audio backing tracks (with and without melody guide)
  • Sheet music in PDF format
  • Video scores

The purchased products are provided as a downloadable PDF file. Inside the PDF, there is a link to a Google Drive folder containing all the materials included in the package.

Payment is processed via the Gumroad platform. Access to the content is immediate after payment. Registered users will find their files in the dedicated section of their Gumroad account.

3. License of Use

All materials purchased on SaxoTracks.com are licensed for personal, non-exclusive use only.

The user may use the content for:

  • Personal study and teaching purposes
  • Live performances
  • Videos on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, etc.

Important: The backing tracks are cover versions of well-known songs. Commercial use (e.g., monetization on YouTube, advertising synchronization, production of content for sale) may require additional authorizations from the rights holders of the original works. It is the user’s responsibility to verify and manage any necessary permissions or licenses (SIAE, YouTube Content ID, etc.).

4. Prohibitions

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Resell, distribute, or publicly share the content as purchased
  • Upload the materials as purchased to file sharing platforms or social networks
  • Use the content in ways that do not comply with applicable copyright laws

5. Prices and Payments

Product prices are indicated in the local currency (euros for the EU area). The Gumroad platform accepts the following electronic payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal

Bank transfers and cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Pursuant to Art. 59, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content delivered on a non-material medium (file download), once execution has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing digital products on this site, the customer accepts that downloading or streaming the content entails the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, exclusively in the event of technical malfunctions or inability to access the files attributable to the provider and not to the customer.

7. Liability

SaxoTracks shall not be held responsible for:

  • Improper or unlawful use of the content by users
  • Technical issues caused by incompatible devices or software
  • Any copyright infringements resulting from the public use of the backing tracks

The provided content does not replace the original works and is intended for educational, performance, or recreational purposes.

8. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is regulated by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Verona (VR), Italy.
